Meals for the Broke

“So long as you have food in your mouth, you have solved all questions for the time being” -Franz Kafka

Today me and my boyfriend were asked to make dinner. Considering the fact that we live with his mom who is a grandmother to a lot of mouths, we basically had to make dinner for 20 people in a Foster Care. Our house didn’t have much to cook considering the fact that we are going grocery shopping again tomorrow I manage to whip something up our of nothing! So here’s the recipe!

Hobo Chicken Casserole
•One pound of Chicken breast
•Half a Package of chicken broth
•4 Tablespoons of flour (for thickness)
•frozen veggies
•Any kind of pasta noodles
•Velveeta Cheese
•Shredded Cheese

Crumble noodles up, bring water to a boil and cook.

Turn chicken broth and flour into a Thick sauce by whisking in a large sauce pan.

Add chicken to sauce pan when thick then season to taste.

One both are done put all together in a pan and crumbled cheese inside and mixed add shredded cheese on top broil on high for 5-10 minutes.
